I am an entrepreneur, pioneer and know a great deal about scaling businesses and organisations.
I like to create, inspire and connect.
I believe, that everybody can do great things and most of us do. In business, great achievements are rooted in a mixture of access to resources, some passion and a lot of perseverance, being brave and making bold decisions (..and some fortune).
I know, it's not easy.
But a starting point can be, that you will develop passion for what you are good at. And you become good at, for what you have a passion.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Throughout the last 10 years, I have co-founded and scaled "GoldenScent", the Middle East's largest ecommerce platform for perfumes and beauty.
We distribute more than 25k skus from 1000+ brands into more than 80 countries worldwide, with our core markets being GCC countries.
The brand GoldenScent has become a household name in Saudi Arabia.

I was born in Germany and have worked in more than 15 different organisations in various industries, such as ecommerce, digital, automotive and logistics, to name a few.

I have gained invaluable experience through living and working in divers cultural environments, that are very distinguished from each other most importantly: Europe, Middle East, India, Africa and Latin America.

Often, that experience was combined with being a pioneer, building things from ground up, starting from point zero to hero and learning how to navigate in the unknown.
